This very luxurious and complete park is located in the beautiful environment of North Limburg, on the Maas River, hidden between forests and meadows among a hilly and picturesque landscape. The park has several types of villas, wonderful bungalows (Finnish wooden chalets) and comfortable chalets. The chalet-park is a car-free park so that children can play safely. The very complete main building has an indoor pool with a Turkish steam bath. At the family restaurant with panoramic terrace (Dutch restaurant and cafeteria) you can eat and drink. For the youth there is a room with billiards, darts and video games. Outside the building you will find a brand new playground, an all-weather tennis court (open at certain times), mini-golf, Jeu de boules court, a table tennis table and a multi-function sports field. During your stay it is possible to rent bicycles, go-karts and DVDs. The park also has a beach where you can swim. Anglers can fish in the pond or in the Meuse River.
Other facilities of the park include: a cafe/bar, a simple device for endurance sports, simple fishing pond, KPN Internet via hot spots, youth room, mini-golf, multi-function sports field, outdoor theater, indoor swimming pool with separate children's area, a lake with sandy beach, animation team (on weekends and during school holidays), recreation hall, restaurant, sauna, snack bar, playground, supermarket, tennis court, bicycle rental and a laundry facility.

This detached villa is suitable for up to 6 persons and has a beautiful landscaped garden with large terrace. The total (residential) area of the villa is approximately 105 m². The classification of the ground floor is as follows: an entrance with guest toilet, a living room and an open kitchen with a stove, hood and complete dinnerware for the stated number of guests. The living room has a color TV with remote control, DVD player, radio, dining area, lounge area and terrace. Also on the ground floor you'll find one bedroom furnished with two single beds (or a bunk bed) and a bathroom with a sink and shower plus ample storage. On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms each furnished with two single beds. One bedroom has a sun terrace and a spacious bathroom with a tub and toilet plus a second storage area. Duvets and pillows are available, linen is available for rent (mandatory). Outside on the terrace you'll find sufficient garden furniture at your disposal. Some homes are pet- and smoke-free, have a dishwasher, have been adapted for the disabled, have a microwave, washing machine, a 2nd parking space by the villa or a fireplace. These villas are available upon request for a fee of 15 euro per apartment. There is parking for one car at the villa. The division/layout of the villas may vary.

In the vicinity of Arcen, known as 'The Pearl of the Maas', there are lots of nice possibilities for a day trip, such as to castle ruins (Castle Gardens) and the thermal baths in Arcen or to the German Christmas markets (in December). You can walk or cycle in the neighborhood (north Limburg is relatively flat, so it is not too strenuous!) and there are numerous routes which bring you through places like the National Park De Hamert, De Meinweg, De Maasduinen and De Mookerheide. In the surroundings you can visit the Hertog Jan beer brewery or the distillery of 'De Ijsvogel' (both in Arcen). Across the border in Germany you can visit quaint little towns like Straelen, Wachtendonk, Kempen, Brüggen and Xanten. For children there is the theme park of Toverland in Sevenum (highly recommended) and when you're ready to recover you can visit the thermal baths (also in Arcen)!
